Individual lots of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah were hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, followed by m/l fermentation and aging in small oak barrels.
Deep ruby-purple color. Strong black pepper and currant aromas with hints of violets, and sweet vanilla-spice oak scents accented by mint. The Syrah provides distinctive blackberry, licorice and dark cocoa flavors, complementing the currant and tobacco character of the Cabernet. Medium full-bodied, full ripe tannins and moderate acidity.
A wine that matches well with everything from classic red meats to rustic cuisine.
