We make La Provençale to be unabashedly enjoyable, especially with food. It is the lightest wine we make, with its bright, clear cranberry-raspberry aroma and easy approachable palate. As a blended wine, the layering is key to its character and we have many components to play with. It can even be served slightly chilled on a warm day to add to its refreshing qualities.
