Oh my. Unique and oh, so enjoyable! Typically a blending grape in Champagne, alone it shines with luscious aromas of mixed red and black berries, smoked meats and exotic spice. Full, juicy mouth feel with a rustic palate of rich flavors including bacon, currants and a long finish of leather and mushrooms. So unique and a great change of pace for red wine lovers.
