Intense red color shimmers in the glass. The fragrances leap from the glass before you can bring it to the nose. Wonderful nose of rip red raspberries with notes of the rich soil provided by the great Santa Ynez Valley. Hints of rose followed by exotic spice linger there after. Medium bodied with a silky texture. Full, complex flavors keep you sipping as the raspberries bounce on your tongue supported by flavors of exotic spice, green pepper and chewy tannins. The finish is long a lingers flavors of bright red berries and pepper with vegetal notes showing its young age.
