Fresh wild berries, fleshy, aged meats and smokey oak nuances. Juicy, bold black fruit flavors with gnarly earth qualities, chewy leather and dry-aged meats. Very approachable with great depth. This blend boast plenty of juicy, bramble berry flavors integrated with fresh herbs, fleshy meats and a juicy, wood spice finish.
Winemaker Notes
This fabulous blend is dominated by Sangiovese attributes. The nose is profiled with cherry, raspberry and red fruit aromas and some toasty oak. This well structured wine opens up with black jam, sweet herbs and floral tones. A bright finish accompanies the wine with signature Sangiovese tannin. Aged for 18 months in Hungarian oak.
