Intoxicating aromas of dense black fruit, cassis, clove, smoke and tight oak integration. Silky smooth entry with layers of black cherries and cassis flavors leading to a deep structure and bold tannins. A long, lingering finish of sweet, leather spices, lively black berries, herbs and chewy chocolate flavors. There's a soft acidity that makes my mouth water for more and the chewy tannins linger all those luscious flavor nuances long after the sip. Considering the price-point, this an amazing wine that could easily lay down for a few more years or be consumed by those not afraid of big, bold, red blend.
This wine shows deep and concentrated aromas of blackberry, licorice and cassis, with a second layer of pepper, clove, and allspice. Flavors follow through with dark chocolate, and spice with slight nuances of oak. This wine exhibits depth, concentration, fine grain tannins and is seamless, from flavors through the long rich finish. Very elegant for current drinking, it will also age gracefully. Enjoy!
