Vanilla, butter cream, juicy apples and hints of tangerine aromas. Full, round mouth feel with buttery layers of apples, sweet vanilla that linger into a finish of peaches, toast and earthy minerals and spice. A nice balance of flavors and acidity. Very enjoyable for all types of Chardonnay fans.

This fine wine is a blending together of three differently styled Chardonnay wines from our estate vineyard, crafting a mid-weight, bright, fruit-forward and delicious guest for your dinner table. This wine serves as a sipping wine that pairs well with many dishes including fruity and sweet salads, and chicken, delicate salmon and cheese-based pasta dishes.
