VineSugar Review:

This canary yellow wine sparkles in the glass with lingering aromas of white peaches, jasmine and nuances of freshly baked bread and earthy minerals. A smooth, creamy entry deliver full tropical fruit flavors that finished clean and refreshing. Lively, juicy lime citrus, earth spice and stone fruit lingers through a crisp acidic finish. Rich, bold, elegant and all around wonderfully balanced wine.

Winemaker Notes

The 2007 Edna Valley Chardonnay has a lively bouquet characteristic of the appellation with aromas of kiwi, lime, and white peach coupled with toasty oak and notes of jasmine. This medium-bodied wine balances rich layers of tropical fruit, caramel and earth with a refreshing acidity that carries through to a clean, elegant finish. It pairs nicely with seafood dishes such as grilled escolar or steamed mussels with saffron broth.

Wow, love those nutty and stone fruit aromas. Amazingly creamy and rich with lots of juicy fruit flavors. Enjoy this wine at room temperature or with a slight chill too.
