Guessing the age length of a wine isn't an exact science and can't be given a specific timeframe. How do you know the bottle won't fall victim to cork taint? There's so many factors that could cause the wine to spoil before you drink it. But with that said, even at your lowest temp (70 deg) isn't cool enough for long term aging. You want high 50s or low 60s ideally. So, if you're facing low to mid 70s, the wines potential diminishes even quicker. Quality Napa Cab typically goes 5-8 no problem. The really good stuff typically goes 10+ but those are in ideal conditions. In your case, I'd bank on 3-5 years.
